Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer details, call records, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma.
13 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Tamil and English communication required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also be considered.
