Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Senior MDM Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Informatica MDM, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Python, along with experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
Manage and mentor MDM developers and technical team members.
Configure MDM data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality processes.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Design and develop Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and data-processing activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver business requirements.
Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Participate in solution design reviews and technical discussions.

Experience leading teams and handling client/stakeholder interactions.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
