Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build solid relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is desirable.
