We are looking for an Executive - Inventory Management to maintain accurate inventory records, process inventory transactions in SAP/ERP, perform stock reconciliation, and support production inventory operations. Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory management within a manufacturing workplace, preferably the jewelry industry, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Process inventory issue, receipt, and transfer entries in SAP/ERP.
Maintain accurate inventory records and production transactions.
Perform daily physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Prepare daily inventory reports.
Report inventory discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain inventory accuracy.
