Min 6 years
Minimum 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of Time Management (Positive Time Mandatory).

Experience in SAP Time Management
Positive & Negative
Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
Experience with Year end activities and support packs implementation.
Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module.
Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage.
Willing to work US Hours Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
