The Research Analyst / Transition Investing Analyst would be particularly responsible for:
Working on regular research publications and contributing to product development across areas such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), AI technologies, data centers, and other emerging topics
Writing research publications with limited supervision
Keeping track of latest developments in the companies under coverage and the sector
Conducting independent company-specific, economic, or trend analysis
Carrying out sector analysis, and coming up with investment themes/ideas
Creation and maintenance of databases using data from different sources
Responding to client inquiries with respect to designated coverage areas
Desired skillset:
Good understanding of financial markets, accounting standards and macroeconomic concepts
Good understanding of emerging themes shaping business strategy and the financial sector, including AI technologies, data centers, sustainability challenges,
and evolving market trends
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent MS Excel skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken) with ability to draft research reports
Robust communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive approach, solid team player
Additional assets:.
Experience in working with databases such as Datastream, Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet or Haver
Ability to implement automation and time-saving solutions to existing processes
Working towards industy licenses or designations (CFA, ESG certifications etc)
