The Product Support Executive acts as the primary technical and commercial liaison between the company, its product principles (foreign/Indian), and customers. This role is crucial for driving sales growth within a specific product line/vertical by engaging in front-end technical sales activities, collaborating with sales and product teams, and building robust customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities
Work with the foreign/Indian principle be their single point of contact.
Work with Sales Directors, Back End Product Teams, and other stakeholders to help generate and grow sales for a specific product line and/or vertical.
Perform front-end technical and sales activities for building business for a specific product line and/or vertical.
Participate in sales strategy meetings to develop a robust understanding of the product line and industry.




Visit customers to create and build relationships and solve their techno commercial queries and thereby increase sales.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide customers with product-specific techno Commercial support and other queries.
Maintain and build excellent relationships with product principles

Preferred candidate profile
Any graduate/Diploma/BE/B.tech [Preferably in Electronics background]
Minimum 5years experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Order Management.
Prior experience in distribution industry is a plus.
Robust communication and writing skill in English is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and ERP Systems [ie., Navision].
Knowledge of business process and back office operations is essential.
Candidates located in the nearby location is preferred.
