We are currently seeking a talented and experienced People Business Partner to join our Corporate team. As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the Corporate leadership team to drive the people strategy and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Corporate leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Provide guidance and support on all people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent for the Corporate team
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR programs
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, change management,
and employee engagement initiatives
