Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts or equivalent. Graphic Design must be your primary career discipline. Experience 25 years of professional Graphic Design experience. Experience with architecture, interiors, real estate, luxury brands or creative agencies is preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout, presentation design and visual storytelling is mandatory. Valuable to Have Adobe After Effects Figma Blender / Cinema4D or other 3D visualisation tools Web / UI design experience AI Skills (Mandatory) Working proficiency with AI-powered creative tools is essential. Experience using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Secure Diffusion,



Runway ML, Kling, Veo or equivalent AI tools. * Ability to use AI for ideation, image generation, presentation enhancement, content creation and production workflows while maintaining originality, brand consistency and professional quality.
