Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and present them to the hiring manager for further evaluation.
Follow up with both clients and candidates until placements are made.
