Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Create engaging and interactive training materials and content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and team members.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
