Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, pallet trucks, order pickers, VNA trucks, and other MHE products.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through customer visits and market mapping.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer material-handling requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and support order closure.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical/service teams for customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline, and customer records.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
4 to 10 years of experience in sales of MHE, forklifts, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or capital equipment.
Solid B2B sales and customer-handling skills.
Valuable technical understanding and consultative selling approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
