Perform provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications.
Review and validate access requests for completeness, approvals, RBAC alignment, and policy compliance
Robust communication and stakeholder coordination
Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA platforms, Active Directory, ServiceNow or equivalent.
Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, Least Privilege, SoD, PAM.
Ability to monitor/perform operational metrics and SLA performance.
Execute access activities using approved IAM tools while maintaining HIPAA, SOX, and organizational compliance.
