Job Requirements
Proven experience in process training, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with training management systems and software applications.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
