Operations - Life Insurance

Role: Lead end-to-end operations for US Life Insurance accounts, ensuring delivery, SLA/KPI performance, client satisfaction, transformation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale operations, teams, and client relationships.
Drive operational excellence, transformation, automation, and process improvement.
Ensure SLA, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience targets.
Lead talent development, engagement, performance, and attrition management.
Partner with clients, Technology, Data & AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive growth opportunities, solution development, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:
Graduate; MBA preferred.
Robust experience in Insurance Operations, preferably Life & Annuity / Retirement Services.
Experience managing large teams and global/remote operations.
Solid client management and senior stakeholder skills.
Experience in transformation, automation, AI/technology initiatives, and process improvement.
Robust analytical, project management, and communication skills.
