Minimum 6 months of International Voice Customer Support experience is required.
We are considering candidates with an immediate to 30 days notice period only.
The expected joining timeline is the last week of September or the first week of October.
This position is based in Kolkata. If relocation to Kolkata is not feasible or you are not interested in this location, we request that you refrain from taking the assessment.
Compensation:
Maximum Fixed Salary: 4.5 LPA
Total CTC: Approximately 5 LPA
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.

The role follows a hybrid work model: 3 days from office and 2 days work from home.
