Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in compensation management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
