Role:
Handle customer delivery, KYC, onboarding and activation of pre-booked leads.
Provide product demos and explain Forex Card and related travel products.
Cross-sell International Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash, etc.
Build robust customer relationships and generate referrals.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate for issue escalation.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
03 years of experience in customer service/sales.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & local language.
Presentable with valuable interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Willingness to travel within the city.
