Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
