*Identify and onboard current dealers and retail counters within the assigned territory.
*Drive sales through the retail channel and achieve monthly and annual targets.
*Develop and maintain solid relationship with dealers/retailers /channel partners.
Required Candidate profile
*Any Graduate
*Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, paints, or related industries.
