Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the platform across schools.
Plan implementation timelines, milestones, configurations, and deliverables.
Coordinate with school POCs, technical teams, and technology partners.
Monitor platform performance, infrastructure, security, backups, and system health.
Coordinate software development, bug fixes, testing, UAT, and production releases.
Gather customer feedback and support product enhancements and roadmap planning.
Manage technical support, SLAs, TATs, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Ensure data privacy, access controls, compliance, and information security.
Conduct online/offline user training and prepare manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
