Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre workplace.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective training programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with training software and technologies to support program delivery.
