Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Manage training records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is an added advantage.
