Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee the overall operations of the beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring effective production and quality control.
Manage a team of factory managers, supervisors, and workers to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental laws.
Job Requirements :
Experience in beverage manufacturing or related industry as a Production Head, Plant Head or Factory Manager.
Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial plants with multiple shifts.
Solid understanding of Beverage or water treatment production.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
