Role & responsibilities
Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Staff Supervision

Manage, train, and schedule Waiters, Captains, Cooks, Helpers and other staff. Monitor attendance and performance.
Customer Service

Welcome guests, handle customer complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Finance

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations.
Quality & Hygiene

Maintain food quality, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and FSSAI compliance as per Restaurant standards.
Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and minimize food wastage.
Reporting

Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff reports, and inventory reports to Head Office.
Team Leadership

Motivate the team, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work setting.
