We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience who can independently understand business problems, analyze data, generate actionable insights, and translate business requirements into data requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and translate business problems into analytical requirements.
Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and insights.
Convert data findings into actionable business recommendations.
Identify required data sources, fields, transformations, and logic.
Work closely with Data Engineers/Developers to define and build required data pipelines and datasets.
Validate data and ensure the final output meets business requirements.
Communicate insights clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Must Have
10+ years of Data Analyst experience.
Solid SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent business problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience working with Data Engineers/Developers on data pipelines.
Solid stakeholder communication.
Ability to independently drive Business Problem Data Analysis Insight Recommendation.
