We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with robust Semiconductor industry hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring semiconductor professionals across technical and engineering functions.
Candidates with experience hiring for organizations such as NVIDIA, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, MediaTek, Texas Instruments, or similar semiconductor organizations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor and chip-design-related positions.
Source candidates with expertise across semiconductor engineering and technology functions.
Build talent pipelines for niche and highly specialized semiconductor roles.
Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical background and domain relevance.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate joining.
Develop market intelligence around semiconductor talent availability and compensation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Preferred Experience
Robust experience in Semiconductor / Chip Design / Semiconductor Engineering recruitment.
Experience hiring for areas such as:
VLSI
ASIC / SoC
RTL Design
Verification
Physical Design
Analog / Mixed Signal
DFT
Embedded Systems
Firmware
Semiconductor Testing
Experience sourcing candidates from leading semiconductor organizations is highly preferred.
Robust understanding of semiconductor talent pools and technical terminology.
