Maximizing volumes (by focusing on different marketing activities) and increasing revenues by ensuring that there is a steady increase in the flow of In-patients.
Plan and implement marketing strategies to ensure that sales efforts have a wider reach to cover all potential customers.
Build up one-to-one (treating doctors and referral doctors) relationships.
Work closely with the Head of the Department towards conceptualizing a current marketing strategy.
