Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Learning Experience Designer or similar role.
Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with e-learning development tools and technologies.
