Job Summary

We are looking for a customer - focused qualified to manage after-sales service, customer relationships, AMC & spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage service, warranty, and non-warranty calls and ensure timely closure.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Drive AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.
Coordinate with service partners and authorized installation contractors.
Support installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection.
Conduct basic product awareness and technical training.
Monitor service/project status and provide timely updates.




Support customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions.
Maintain service records using CRM, SAP, and MS Office .
Identify service issues and support process improvements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or related fields.
Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling preferred.
Knowledge of troubleshooting, site handling, service processes, and RCA .
Valuable communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
