Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Experience with HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking software.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
