Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Understand prospects business requirements and identify suitable software/SaaS solutions.
Introduce and explain Mingrow’s CRM and Business OS platform to potential customers.
Conduct online product presentations and software demos.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales information in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams for demos, proposals and closures.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT products,



software and SaaS business models.
Experience in software, IT or SaaS sales will be preferred.
Understanding of CRM, lead management and sales pipelines.
Ability to explain software features and perks in straightforward business language.
Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations.
Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
