Required Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Prior work experience in the Insurance Industry is mandatory.
Experience handling a Voice Process is mandatory.
Robust customer interaction and telephone etiquette skills.
Ability to effectively address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and customer-centric workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service, sales, telesales, claims support, or insurance operations.
Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while interacting with customers.
