Role & responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Operations
Manage Windows Server 2016 and 2019 settings and associated applications.
Coordinate with global Cloud Operations (CCoE) teams for infrastructure-related tasks, configurations, and issue resolution.
Monitor and support the MED console.
Assist in planning and execution of maintenance activities and infrastructure changes.
Support and coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing.

IT Service Management (ITSM)
Handle service requests, incidents, and problem management activities in line with ITSM processes.
Actively participate in ITSM Community of Practice (CoP) meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow up with users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Maintain explicit documentation and communication related to IT service delivery.
Conduct security assessments for upcoming IT projects.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with multiple IT vendors and service partners for infrastructure, security, and support services.
Track vendor deliverables, follow-ups, and pending actions,



ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, business, and audit teams.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
Provide regular status updates on assigned activities to the reporting manager.
Maintain records related to audits, service requests, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure documentation.
Actively support IT initiatives such as BCP inputs and readiness activities
