Role & responsibilities
15 - 20 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling and project controls.
Solid experience in real estate / residential construction, preferably high-rise residential, township or large-scale development projects.
Experience in handling multiple projects/sites and leading a planning team.
Solid exposure to end-to-end project planning from pre-construction through execution and handover.
