Role- SAP FICO Lead

Location- Gurgoan

Roles & Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Support
Lead SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business requirements in areas such as:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Taxation
Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Maintain and support integration between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, PS).
Resolve system issues, manage change requests, and ensure SAP FICO stability and performance.

Business Process Optimization
Partner with Finance and Operations teams to analyze and streamline financial processes across power generation, EPC, and manufacturing divisions.
Support automation and digitalization initiatives and workflow integration.

Governance & Reporting
Support financial closing,



reporting, and reconciliation processes using SAP tools.
Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Project & Enhancement Management
Collaborate with the SAP CoE and functional leads on minor rollout projects, upgrades, or current module activations.
Coordinate with external consultants or vendors for system enhancements or issue resolution.
Participate in testing, validation, and end-user training during enhancement rollouts.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Support integration between finance and manufacturing processes (solar module/cell production costing, inventory valuation, etc.).
Engage with Digital IT leadership to align SAP finance processes with digital transformation goals.
