Manage end-to-end warehouse/depot operations, ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day activities.
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, DEOs, and support personnel.
Ensure timely receiving, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and customer service as per agreed TAT.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, customer requirements, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal departments for seamless operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Manage manpower planning, productivity, attendance, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with warehouse housekeeping, 5S, EHS, PPE, fire safety, and security protocols.
Handle customer audits,



internal audits, and ensure timely closure of observations.
Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high service levels.
Train, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
48 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, 3PL, FMCG, Paint operations.
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
Positive leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle 20–50+ manpower.
