Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in non-IT HR recruitment with a robust track record of successful placements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
