Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
Handle GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Ensure timely processing and recording of invoices.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.




Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in GST and TDS return filing.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
Experience in handling audits and financial documentation.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
