Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 56 recruiters.
Allocate daily/weekly hiring targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely closures.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards.
End-to-End Recruitment for In-Shop Promoters
Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of ISPs for multiple retail locations.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with recruitment partners, job portals, campuses, and local networks.
Implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies suitable for blue-collar/promoter hiring.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary contact between the brand’s regional managers and the recruitment team.
Understand manpower needs, store requirements, and skill expectations for ISPs.
Provide regular updates, dashboards,



and hiring progress reports to client stakeholders.
Process Management & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring dashboards.
Monitor attrition trends and plan proactive backfills as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines for manpower deployment.
Performance, Quality & Operational Excellence
Track hiring conversion rates, time-to-fill, and sourcing efficiency.
Ensure the quality of candidates meets brand standards (communication, grooming, product knowledge potential).
Recommend improvements to sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
Liaise with training/HR teams to ensure smooth joining, induction, and placement.
