Roles and Responsibilities

Job Role
Design Marketing Materials: Create graphics for social media, print collaterals, websites, and advertisements that match our brand identity.
Develop Videos: Create insightful and engaging short videos for Instagram and longer videos for YouTube.
Photography and Videography: Shoot high-quality photos and videos for various media. Should know how to use a camera, set up lighting,



and handle the technical parts needed to create skilled-looking visuals.
Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing to ensure all visuals follow a cohesive concept.
Maintain Brand Guidelines: Make sure all designs are consistent and help build a strong brand identity.
Develop Visual Concepts: Brainstorm and bring to life ideas that support the company’s goals and reach the target audience.
Adapt Designs for Different Platforms: Adjust visuals for digital, print, and multimedia projects as needed.
Meet Deadlines: Manage your time to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
