Manager Strategic Alliances & Business Development (Domestic and international)

Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for developing and managing domestic strategic partnerships to drive business growth, revenue generation, customer acquisition, and expansion of Alankit's business network across India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard current domestic and international business partners, corporates, institutions, agents, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing strategic partners.
Generate new business opportunities through B2B partnerships, alliances, referrals, and institutional relationships.
Drive revenue and transaction volumes through strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, partnership structures, and business agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Product for successful partner onboarding and execution.
Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with key partners.
Track partner performance, revenue, volumes,



and business profitability.
Prepare regular MIS and management reports on alliance performance.
Ensure partners comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
Explore prospects for cross-selling Alankit's products and services through the domestic and international partner network.
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, industry events, and partner discussions.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, International Business or related specialization preferred.
38 years of experience in Strategic Alliances, Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, FinTech, BFSI, Forex, Payments, Remittance or related sectors.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to acquire and develop business partnerships.
Strong commercial and revenue orientation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically for partner meetings and business development.
