Handle employee complaints and concerns fairly and promptly.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work workplace.
Provide training and guidance on employee relations best practices.
Analyze employee feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in employee relations or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced call centre setting is an asset.
Any graduate degree is required for this position.
