Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) Management System in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure strict compliance with the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for hot work, work at height, confined space entry, excavation, electrical isolation, and lifting operations.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements (MS), and lifting plans for high-risk activities.
Conduct Safety Induction for newly joined employees, contractors,



and visitors before allowing them to enter the project site.
Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and job-specific safety awareness sessions for workmen and supervisors.
Monitor work-at-height activities, including scaffolding, ladders, mobile platforms, lifelines, and full-body harness usage.
Ensure protected execution of erection, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, piping, and structural activities at the power plant site.
Inspect cranes, lifting tools, tackles, slings, shackles, and other lifting equipment before heavy lifting operations.
