Should possess knowledge of Sub Assembly and final line CTP and CTQ.
Responsible to handle day to day Final line and Sub Assy. production to achieve production targets & factory targets.
Coordinating the production in terms of Man, Machines & Materials.
Responsible for the daily KPIs, production achievement rate, man-hour per unit & FTR.
Coordination with inter departments for smooth execution of daily production.
Effective utilization of manpower, Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
Responsible for Hourly Production monitor and lot closing on daily basis.
To control WIP & Productivity improvement & Process improvement.
Encourage safety & housekeeping practices & lead by examples.
Responsible to explicit the process rejection on daily basis & Improvement to minimize the scrap cost per appliance. Responsible to maintain 5S on shopfloor
Should knowledge of SAP and Excel.
