Job Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Head or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HR software and systems is preferred.
