Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand Glovels presence in the study-abroad market. The role involves developing partnerships with other education consultancies and colleges, representing Glovels at events, counselling students, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Promote Glovels study-abroad and related services to education consultancies, colleges, institutions, and other potential partners.
Identify and develop current B2B partnerships and business prospects.
Visit partner offices and colleges and represent Glovels at educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and networking events.
Deliver presentations about Glovels’ services and international education opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with institutional and consultancy partners.
Counsel students on suitable study destinations, universities, programmes, admissions, and related services.
Follow up with prospective students and partners and support them throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, follow-ups, and conversions.
Guide, train, and mentor junior counsellors and business development employees.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for students and partners.
Stay updated on universities, programmes, admission requirements, visa processes, and changes in the study-abroad industry.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in the study-abroad industry.
Strong understanding of international education, student counselling, admissions, and partner management.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong interest in continuously learning about new countries, universities, programmes, and industry developments.
Ability to counsel students while also managing business-development responsibilities.
Ability to mentor and motivate junior employees.
Willingness to travel locally for college visits, consultancy meetings, and events.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
