Job Summary

W2S Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, preferably experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Customer Engagement, or EdTech, and the ability to understand customer requirements, explain our courses and services, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students/clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Understand customer requirements, interests, and career goals.
Explain our courses, training programs, and services clearly and effectively.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
Schedule appointments or counselling sessions for the sales/admissions team.
Maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM.




Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about courses and programs.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Build a positive relationship with prospects through skilled and persuasive communication.
Achieve daily and weekly calling, lead qualification, and follow-up targets.
Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Telesales, Customer Engagement, or a similar role.
Candidates with EdTech / Education / Training industry experience will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil.
Confident, pleasant, and persuasive communication style.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM/data entry.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales workplace.
