This is a Field Service Engineering profile - so travelling is a MUST.

Candidate should have TWO WHEELER and valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, servicing,



and maintenance of MHE equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs at customer sites.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for effective customer support.
For Senior Engineers, guide junior engineers/technicians and support complex troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in MHE, forklifts, construction equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or similar industries.
Robust troubleshooting and field-service skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
