Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for excellent customer service.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and employee data.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment services or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with robust organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
